About me
Hi, I'm Tash. I’m a behavioural scientist and PhD graduate with over 10 years of experience helping people and systems create meaningful, lasting change. My passion is about making behavioural science practical and person-centred, so it works in the real world.
I’ve worked across research, consultancy, and health system design, leading and supporting national behaviour change trials, training health professionals, and helping organisations bring evidence-based approaches into their everyday work.
I can support GPs, allied health professionals, nurses, and wellbeing leaders to move beyond advice and into values-led, habit-focused change that sticks. I offer training, practical tools, and programs that help you build behaviour change techniques into your existing practice. Everything I do is grounded in public health, psychology, and coaching, with a strong focus on what actually works in busy settings.
If you're interested in a presentation, professional development, research project, or collaboration, feel free to reach out. I’d love to hear from you.
Services
I work with individuals and organisations to make behaviour change practical and doable, through training, presentations, and research partnerships. Whether you're after a one-off session or a longer-term collaboration, I bring evidence-based ideas to life in ways that work in the real world.
Presentations and keynotes
I speak on topics that make behavioural science practical, relatable, and relevant, whether it’s for health professionals, researchers, community leaders, or the general public.
My presentations cover areas like values-led behaviour change, habit formation, goal setting, and making evidence stick in the real world. I bring together insights from public health, psychology, and coaching, and always aim to leave people with something they can apply straight away.
If you’re planning a conference, team event, or professional development session and want a speaker who blends evidence with real-world experience, get in touch. I’m happy to tailor content to your audience.
Training and Workshops
My training sessions give health professionals practical tools to support real, lasting behaviour change. Everything is grounded in behavioural science but designed to work in the real world—whether that’s a busy clinic, community setting, or workplace.
Sessions cover techniques like values-led goal setting, motivational interviewing, and habit formation, with plenty of examples and strategies you can use straight away.
Whether you’re after CPD, a team workshop, or a tailored program, my goal is to help you go beyond advice-giving and make a real impact.
*CPD is non-accredited but eligible for self-logged hours with many professional bodies.
Research and collaboration
I'm always keen to collaborate on research and projects that bring behaviour change science into real-world settings.
I’ve worked on national behaviour change trials, co-designed interventions with clinicians and community partners, and helped evaluate programs across public health, primary care, and workplace wellbeing.
If you're working on something related to behaviour change, values-led care, or implementation in clinical or community settings, I’d love to hear about it. Whether it’s research, program design, evaluation, or just a good idea that needs some shaping. Let’s chat!
